Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be subject to a 30% charge of the scheduled service amount. This fee helps compensate for the reserved appointment time and allows us to continue providing exceptional service to all guests.
