Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy A deposit may be required when scheduling an appointment, depending on the service selected. If a deposit is required, the amount will be clearly displayed when selecting your service(s). Any deposit paid will be applied toward your total service balance at checkout. If you do not show up for your appointment, or if your appointment is not canceled or rescheduled online at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Any deposit paid at the time of booking will be applied toward this fee. A 15-minute grace period will be provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show, depending on the appointment and availability. All cancellations and rescheduling must be completed online. Messages, phone calls, or other forms of communication do not constitute an official cancellation. If the 48-hour cancellation window has passed, please contact me directly to cancel your appointment. Applicable cancellation or no-show fees will still apply. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and accept responsibility for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. Why This Policy Exists When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. The 48-hour cancellation policy provides a reasonable amount of notice to potentially offer the appointment to someone else. This policy is simply intended to protect my time and the time I dedicate to preparing for each appointment, while keeping my schedule fair and sustainable. I completely understand that unexpected situations can happen. However, consistent advance notice allows me to better manage my schedule and continue providing quality service to every customer.
